You will work closely with experienced engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications and services.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and maintain Generative AI solutions using Python and object-oriented programming principles.\nBuild, test, and deploy AI applications and services in cloud environments.\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.\nDeploy and maintain solutions on AWS using infrastructure-as-code approaches such as CloudFormation.\nWork with modern GenAI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and CrewAI.\nApply Large Language Model (LLM) concepts and prompt engineering techniques to solve business challenges.\nDevelop and maintain APIs and services using FastAPI.\nCollaborate with developers and data teams to improve analytics and AI solutions for production environments, focusing on reliability and scalability.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of AI workflows and data pipelines using Apache Airflow.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDocument technical solutions and support knowledge-sharing across the team.\nThis position works directly with Slovakia-based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT teams in the US.\nWhat You Have\nSoftware Development: Knowledge of software development practices and tools, with the ability to develop, test, and maintain software solutions according to business and technical requirements.\nSoftware Development Life Cycle: Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile development methodologies, with the ability to contribute throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.\nTechnical Knowledge : Understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and cloud-native application development.\nExperience in software development with strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.\nExperience developing applications in Python.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and backend development frameworks such as FastAPI.\nInterest in Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.\nTop candidates will also have:\nExperience with Python frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.\nExperience working with Git in collaborative development teams.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with AWS services such as SageMaker Studio, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.\nBasic knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and CloudFormation.\nExperience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration platforms.\nUnderstanding of GenAI application patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent-based workflows, and prompt engineering.\nTechnical documentation and writing skills.\nWhat we offer:\nAt Cat Digital, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and we believe in investing in the development of our employees.
