Although titled Data Scientist, this role is centered heavily on advanced site analytics and digital performance.\nIn this role, you will use hands-on Google Analytics (GA4) data to define, track, and analyze core site metrics; evaluate conversion funnels and digital customer journeys; and identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and business outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate brings hands-on proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), BigQuery, Python, and SQL, along with experience in GA4 data governance, site performance insights, conversion analysis, lead value estimation, attribution modeling, and causal inference. You will collaborate across business, product, and technical teams to translate complex clickstream data into clear recommendations and scalable measurement solutions.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDrive a data-driven product development culture to optimize digital investments, increasing Rental revenue, and expanding the customer base through enhanced dealer operations and improved product utilization.\nCollaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and RU Strategy team to develop and execute the R&U BI/Analytics roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals and priorities.\nConduct in-depth analysis of complex business data, providing valuable insights to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
