This Talent Acquisition Partner will primarily support Cat Digital and Cat Technology hiring by partnering with business and technical leaders to attract technical talent in areas such as software engineering, robotics, connectivity, and more.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, from requirement intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.\nAdvise hiring teams on talent supply, market trends, compensation, and recruiting practices.\nSource active and passive talent through traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels.\nCreate personalized outreach highlighting the role, technical challenges, culture, and value proposition.\nScreen candidates for technical experience, interests, qualifications, compensation, and role fit.\nMaintain accurate, compliant candidate pipelines and activity in the applicant tracking system.\nSupport offer development, communication, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.\nPartner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth start for new hires.\nWhat You Will Have:\nRelationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.\nCustomer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.\n Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.\nCandidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates\n Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.\nTop Candidates Will Have:\nExtensive full-life cycle recruiting of technical talent.\nAbility to stay current on emerging technology trends, software engineering practices, and evolving technical talent markets.\nProven ability to source and engage passive talent in competitive markets.\nAdditional Info:\nThis position can be located in Chicago, IL or Irving, TX\nThis role requires 5 days a week in office\nSponsorship is not available\nWhat You Will Get:\nOur goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
