Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nOur Manufacturing Student & Graduates Program is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for our manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, environmental health and safety student & graduate talent programs with a focus on functional early-in-career full-time employees and internships in the United States. In this role, you will collaborate and partner with fellow student & graduate recruiters to execute our long-term strategy to recruit top internship and full-time rotational program talent from colleges and universities into Caterpillar.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCounseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.\nRecruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.\nUtilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.\nDeveloping plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.\nWhat You Have :\nRelationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.\nCustomer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.\n Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.\nCandidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.\nCandidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.\nStaffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.\nWhat Will Set You Apart :\n Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.\nProvides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.\nMonitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.\nWorks with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.\nSurfaces new or unexpressed customer needs.\nDevelops consistent methods for maintaining customer responsiveness.\nUses different recruitment channels to attract appropriate candidates for job vacancies.\nAnalyzes the effectiveness of different recruitment channels (e.g. corporate websites, recruiting firms, Internet job sites) in job vacancy recruiting.\nScreens candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc.\nExchanges candidate and job information with hiring managers.\nReviews candidates' resumes and cover letters from both professional and personal aspects.\nSources candidates through various channels within the organization.\nOperates candidate sourcing tools and software within the department.\nApplies effective candidate selection techniques for a specific recruiting task.\nProvides staffing services for routine positions of major functions or departments in an organization.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
