岗位职责
- 协助财务团队完成日常财务数据整理、录入及核对工作;
- 协助处理费用报销、发票管理及基础账务支持工作;
- 协助编制和更新各类财务报表及分析资料;
- 支持月度、季度及年度财务结账相关工作;
- 协助收集、整理和归档财务文件与资料;
- 完成财务团队安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求
- 在读大学生，财务管理、会计学、审计、金融、经济学等相关专业优先;
- 具备基础财务知识，了解会计科目、财务报表等基本概念;
- 工作认真负责，踏实细心，具备较强的数据敏感度和责任心;
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识;
- 每周可到岗3天及以上;
- 可连续实习6个月及以上;
- 熟练使用Excel者优先，能够运用常用函数（如VLOOKUP、SUMIF、Pivot Table等）进行数据整理与分析者更佳;
- 英语读写能力良好者优先。
