Services include asset inventorying, transportation, job approvals, repair coordination and tracking, overhaul scheduling, failure analysis, and other equipment related activities. This position will serve as an internal technical expert that will lead and lesion activities between the Services Execution team and Product groups.\nAdditional Information:\nThis position is onsite in Houston, Texas or Midland, Texas\nThis position does offer relocation\nThis position does not offer\nThis position requires 5 days onsite\nWhat Will You Do:\nDirecting and documenting information related to asset inventory, repairs, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness; processing through systems and facilities. \nResponding to operation and engineering inquiries and requests, resolving problems and issues to provide high quality customer service.\nProvides day-to-day direction to the team and ensures all equipment requirements are met, including process controls, quality, and financial due diligence.\nParticipates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department \nAddressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.\nAnswering inbound customer service inquiries.
