Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Definition\nLeads and develops Systems Engineering teams across Engine Installation, Hydraulics Installation, Electrical Installation, Heavy Structures, Light Fabrications, and Work Tools, supporting MWL products across NPI, NTI, and Current Product Maintenance. Provides technical leadership and drives effective execution of product development, system integration, validation, production support, and continuous product improvement.\nResponsibilities\nManaging staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.\nProviding specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.\nAssisting with high-impact, long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.\nMaintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget. Degree Requirement\nRequires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
