You will serve as a key contributor within the financial operations team by reviewing transaction documentation, coordinating funding activities, maintaining data integrity, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do:\nFinancial Transaction Processing\nPrepare, review, validate, and fund financial transactions.\nEnsure transactions are accurately documented and correctly entered into systems of record.\nVerify transaction completeness and compliance before funding authorization.\nMaintain transaction integrity throughout the funding lifecycle.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nCollect, review, and validate corporate documents, signing authority documentation, and supporting records.\nEnsure legal enforceability of financial transactions.\nIdentify missing or inaccurate documentation and coordinate resolution efforts.\nSupport internal audit and compliance requirements as needed.\nFunding Operations\nCoordinate workflow activities associated with transaction funding processes.\nCollaborate with operations, legal, credit, sales, and dealer partners to facilitate funding execution.\nMonitor transaction pipelines and proactively address process bottlenecks.\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate recurring and ad hoc transaction, funding, and portfolio reports.\nAnalyze transaction data for accuracy and completeness.\nMaintain reporting metrics and operational tracking tools.\nProvide information to dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.\nStakeholder Support\nBuild strong relationships with dealers, vendors, customers, and internal business partners.\nRespond to questions regarding funding status, documentation requirements, and transaction processing.\nDeliver high-quality customer service while maintaining operational controls.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\nAn equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.\n2+ years of experience in financial services, banking operations, equipment finance, commercial finance, loan documentation, funding operations, transaction processing, contract administration, or related business operations environments.\nExperience utilizing financial systems, reporting tools, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, CapitalStream, or similar CRM and financial management systems.\nStrong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build trusted relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal business partners.\nProven ability to apply a customer-backed, solutions-oriented approach to problem resolution while balancing business objectives, operational requirements, and customer needs.\nWorking knowledge of lending, leasing, credit, or commercial finance environments preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nSummary Pay Range:\n$94,728.00 - $151,572.00\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
