Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nDescription:\nAs a Warehouse Associate on the BHLN team in Waco, TX, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and distribution of parts, materials, and equipment. Reporting to a Section Manager, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery while contributing to a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$17.65 - $22.90\nWhat You Will Do:\nPerform material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, and equipment.\nUse source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, and package materials accurately.\nOperate equipment and machinery for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and labeling.\nComplete clerical tasks, maintain records, and resolve discrepancies as needed.\nOperate warehouse systems and mobile equipment (e.g., reach truck, stand-up/sit-down forklift, tugger) to support daily operations.\nIdentify and report defects or equipment repair needs.\nSupport additional warehouse duties and tasks as assigned.\nPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):\nMust be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 lbs. for intervals of 15-30 minutes\nMust be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor\nMust be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.\nAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods\nWhat You Have:\nAt least 6 months of work experience\nBeginner proficiency in Computer Skills/Microsoft applications\nMust be capable and willing to learn the operation and basic care of mobile equipment such as forklifts\nTop Candidates Will Have:\nAt least 6 months of reach truck experience\nWarehouse operations experience\nExperience with Mach 1 order management systems\nInventory control experience\nBasic mathematical ability\nAuditing experience\nStandard Operating Procedures or Standard Work experience\nAdditional Information\nShift: 1st Shift Full-Time\nHours: Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed to support business needs.\nStarting pay rate: $18.55\nWork location: Waco, TX - Orchard Ln - BHLN (BCP Assembly Backhoe Logistics Node) group.\nNo relocation assistance is available for this position.\nEmployee benefit details\nOur goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
