Lead and develop the operational team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance for the warehouse departments at TMO International\nMain Responsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.\nPlan and coordinate activities of receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.\nOversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy, as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.\nLead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6 Sigma).\nMeasure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, in-transit, inbounds, outbounds)\nCoordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\nManage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.\nDevelop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.\nImplement contingency plans for operational disruptions.\nMaintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers on an ongoing basis.\nRequired Skills and Knowledge:\nLeadership and management of operational personnel.Teamwork and interpersonal skills.\nEffective communication with different levels of the organization.Inventory management and warehouse control.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel desirable)\nKnowledge in ERP systems (preferably Baan).\nKnowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).\nDesirable handling of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).\nJob Requirements:\nCompleted professional career (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related).\n3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.\nAdvanced English (oral and written).\nAvailability of schedule and to travel.\nValid passport and visa.\nKey Competencies:\nLeadership and decision making.\nResults oriented.\nAnalytical thinking\nAdaptability to change Customer focus.\nEthics and professionalism.\nVisa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:\nOctober 14, 2026 - October 29, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
