Its technology portfolio includes data analytics, automation, connected assets, predictive maintenance and yard optimization tools.\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Logistics and Purchasing Manager, the Warehouse Support Leader will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, support inventory management activities, and work closely with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to meet business and customer requirements.\nThis position is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.\nAbout You\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or materials management.\nExperience using ERP or inventory management systems.\nExperience supervising employees or coordinating warehouse activities.\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.\nGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nExperience in manufacturing, rail, mining, engineering or industrial environments.\nExperience with import/export documentation and logistics coordination.\nKnowledge of warehouse performance metrics and reporting.\nExposure to continuous improvement initiatives.\nA proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to work\nResponsibilities of the Position\nCoordinate daily warehouse operations and material handling activities.\nEnsure inventory is accurately received, stored, controlled, and issued.\nMonitor stock levels and support inventory planning activities.\nMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse systems.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments and associated documentation.\nSupport stocktake and cycle count activities.\nInvestigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.\nSupervise warehouse personnel and allocate daily work activities.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and performance.\nProactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to work\nWhat We Offer\nOur goal is for you to have a rewarding career.
