Sales Manager

Caterserve Namibia CC is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth across Namibia. This is a target-driven, fast-paced role suited for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, manage performance closely, and deliver results across multiple regions.

• Drive sales performance and ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met
• Set, monitor and track sales targets for sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers
• Manage, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers
• Work in close coordination with Key Account Managers to ensure deals, listings and promotions are executed in-store
• Travel regularly throughout Namibia to visit regions, customers and the sales team
• Analyse sales reports, identify gaps and put corrective action plans in place
• Report on sales performance and target achievement to management

• Proven experience in sales management in FMCG or retail, at least 5 years, including managing a sales team
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales reports and data
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Namibia
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and accountability
