quarterly and annual sales targets are met\n\nSet, monitor and track sales targets for sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers\n\nManage, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers\n\nWork in close coordination with Key Account Managers to ensure deals, listings and promotions are executed in-store\n\nTravel regularly throughout Namibia to visit regions, customers and the sales team\n\nAnalyse sales reports, identify gaps and put corrective action plans in place\n\nReport on sales performance and target achievement to management\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in sales management in FMCG or retail, at least 5 years, including managing a sales team\n\nA strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets\n\nStrong leadership, coaching and people-management skills\n\nAbility to work under high pressure and tight deadlines\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales reports and data\n\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities\n\nValid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Namibia\n\nStrong work ethic, discipline, and
