candidates with other educational backgrounds and strong technology know-how combined with relevant experience will also be considered.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or IT project implementation.\nProven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.\nFamiliarity with business analysis methodologies, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.\nExperience working with IT teams, developers, or external vendors on digital transformation projects.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.\nFamiliarity with digital technologies such as AI, RPA, Power Automate, and low-code platforms is an advantage.\nExperience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nWe offer a competitive remuneration package and a full range of benefits.
