Supervisor II (Washing)

Responsibilities:

• Monthly update GPD in accordance with airlines’ specifications and ensure frontline staff are well-noted regarding the amendment so as to ensure all the packing of equipment are complying with airlines’ requirement/standard and in the best condition.
• Arrange on-the-job training to new staff to ensure they carry out the packing procedures and operate two automation systems (WMS and P&F) properly.
• Maintain the performance and productivity of Cutlery Packing Machine and ensure the member of staff operate the machine in accordance with SOP.
• Monitor and maintain the stock of equipment is in an agreed level and prepare inventory report (4491 SKU) to customer airlines monthly to ensure sufficient supply of equipment to ECP and other departments.
• Supervise frontline staff to deliver a high standard of internal and external customer service in a timely and efficient manner and with accuracy.
• Supervise, guide and motivate subordinate to ensure they are consistently enhance in skills, confidence and effectiveness in their roles.
• Disseminate the messages from the company or telex to the member of staff of ECP.
• Monitor the performance, behaviour and conduct of frontline staff.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
• Prepare daily roster and maintain sufficient manpower supply of all positions.
• Monitor the performance of CMS and WMS and report any irregularity to ENG.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and report to Supervisor I when necessary.

Requirements:

• Complete secondary school.
• Minimum 2 years' related working experience, with minimum 1 year in supervisory level.
• Capable to work independently to schedule manpower and equipment according to airline/ internal specifications.
• Familiar with all operational and advice any good use or upgrade needs of information systems.
• Familiar with documentation and verify work instructions, customer specifications and information system data.
• Good report writing skills.
• Good analytical, summary and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word and Excel.
