Operations Delivery” in defining strategic directions and roadmaps that deliver tangible operational and performance benefits\nDigital Product Integration: For any new digital capability, design and implement adjusted process workflows and oversee change management efforts, to ensure successful adoption and value realization\nTechnical Collaboration & Delivery: Support the “Digital Manager - Operations Delivery” by acting as a link between business and IT Scrum teams or vendors, converting requirements into user stories, prioritising the backlog, and overseeing technical delivery for quality and timeliness\nValue Realisation & Stakeholder Governance Partner with IOC leadership, Tactical Planning, Quality & Training, and the broader Integrated Ops Performance & Innovation team to prioritise initiatives, manage competing demands, and track adoption and value realisation through clearly defined KPIs\n\nRequirements\nA bachelor's or master's degree in business, aeronautics, information technology, or a related field.\nA minimum of four years’ experience in airline operations is required, either in ground roles such as an Integrated Operations Centre or Airport, or within Flight Operations serving in Line Operations and Flight Dispatch functions or as a First Officer with ICAO ATPL or CPL with a MEIR and total flying time of at least 1500 hours\nA minimum of four years’ experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital products in a fast-paced operational environment.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels, from frontline staff to senior management.\nDemonstrated experience in business process re-engineering and driving significant change in operational contexts.\nInnovative and user-centric mindset, with the ability to translate operational pain points into effective digital solutions.\nExperience with agile delivery methodologies and a solid understanding of system integration concepts\nPersonal & Application Information\nCathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
