Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in lounge operations. Catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel or similar capacity is an advantage\nKnowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
