You will also have the opportunity to influence project management standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget and scope\nDevelop project plans, resource requirements and delivery approaches to achieve project objectives effectively\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders across teams and departments to drive innovation and strategic outcomes\nManage and motivate project teams, providing leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle\nOversee project budgets, costs, risks and dependencies, ensuring effective governance and reporting\nDeliver technology initiatives that support operational sustainability and continuous service improvement\nApply project management best practices and contribute to the enhancement of project delivery standards across IT\nCommunicate project progress, risks and issues clearly, and support management in developing mitigation plans\nFoster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing within project teams\nCoach and mentor team members and vendors, promoting accountability and high performance in project delivery\nRequirements\nDegree holder in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline\nMinimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management role\nProven project management experience in large-scale project implementation with multiple business units with differing business models and priorities\nProven experience in managing OPEX Cost/Budget management\nExperience delivering IT solutions within catering, logistics, manufacturing, aviation, or other 24x7 operational environments is highly desirable\nExposure to AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives\nAbility to handle resistance and align diverse stakeholder groups toward common objectives\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels\nAbility to engage and guide senior management to make decision in the Project Steering Committee\nPersonal & Application Information\nCathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
