View the Position Description here\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, implement and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including the NILS CRM solution, so they are fit-for-purpose, scalable and aligned with Microsoft best practice \nTranslate business needs into effective functional and technical solutions \nStandardise, consolidate and integrate data across CRM and enterprise systems to ensure consistency \nDevelop robust complementary solutions using Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Platform that meet stakeholder needs \nContribute to solution design, delivery outcomes and platform evolution in partnership with internal teams and external specialists \n\nAbout you\nTo be successful in this position you will require: \nHands-on experience configuring and developing CRM solutions to meet business outcomes. \nHands-on experience configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CRM. \nGreat communication skills with the ability to turn business requirements into user-friendly solutions \nExperience working closely with product owners, project teams and business stakeholders. \nAn IT degree, Microsoft Certification, or equivalent industry experience. \nExperience working across a project lifecycle from inception to closure. \nPassion for the not-for-profit sector. \n\nThe following are not required, but will be highly regarded: \nExperience in the not-for-profit, government or local council sectors \nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, Enterprise Architecture, AI/Copilot-enabled development, marketing automation and system integration (including Business Central/ERP). \nExperience performing data migration, cleansing and transformation activities \n\nWhy join Vinnies?\nNot for profit salary packaging – increases your take-home pay \nMake an impact – support over 300,000 Victorians each year \nFlexible work options – including hybrid opportunities (where applicable)\nSupportive culture – family-friendly and values-driven \nPurpose-led work – contribute to social justice every day\nAbout us\nFor more than 170 years the St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria has been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria who are doing it tough, whether that's struggling to put food on the table, pay for essentials, keep children at school, or keep a roof over their head.
