You take pride in your accuracy, enjoy working with data and have the confidence to identify discrepancies and improve processes.\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nDemonstrated experience in high-volume transaction, donation, payment or financial processing.\nExperience maintaining accurate records within a CRM or database, with Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded.\nStrong understanding of data quality, data integrity and database management practices.\nExperience performing financial reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving transaction issues.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, lookups and reconciliation schedules.\nExceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to non-technical colleagues.\nA proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAs the Donor Processing & Data Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:\nDonation Processing: Accurately process donations across multiple fundraising channels.\nCRM Management: Maintain accurate donor records and ensure data integrity within Microsoft Dynamics.\nFinancial Reconciliation: Coordinate month-end reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across financial systems.\nDonor Administration: Manage donation receipting, acknowledgements and donor enquiries.\nData Quality & Reporting: Maintain database accuracy, conduct data cleansing and prepare reports.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and workflows.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Fundraising, Finance and other teams to support seamless operations.\nAt Vinnies Victoria, your work will contribute to a greater purpose.
