This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in practical work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.\nYou will be an integral part of the Facilities team and work closely with community members and contracted custodial partners on daily campus care, basic maintenance, event setups, moves, and building security. The work can shift quickly, so we are looking for someone who stays calm, works safely, and enjoys solving problems in a dynamic school environment.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nMaintain Clean, Safe & Welcoming Campus Spaces: Care for classrooms, offices, restrooms, athletic facilities, and other campus spaces; handle trash, recycling, compost, sanitation, and basic maintenance and minor repairs.\nSupport Events, Moves & Campus Readiness: Set up and reset spaces for school and community events, move furniture and equipment, help with campus moves, and respond to work orders and facility requests.\nOperate Equipment & Work Safely: Use custodial tools, ladders, lifts, and, after training, campus vehicles and equipment. Follow safety procedures and participate in emergency preparedness and response as assigned.\nProvide Reliable Service & Campus Support: Help students, employees, families, and visitors; collaborate with Facilities colleagues and contractors; support building security and evening patrols; and use good judgment when working independently.\nWHO YOU ARE & KEYS TO SUCCESS\nYou may bring previous custodial, janitorial, general maintenance, facilities, event setup, or other hands-on experience, but we also value reliability, judgment, and a willingness to learn. Evening, weekend, and overtime work may be required.
