In this critical role, you will support the entire R&D operation, by providing automated tools and CI/CD processes.\nResponsibilities:\nBe the owner of continuous delivery and deployment processes of all of Cato's software projects, build them from the bottom up, and keep extending them.\n Collaborate with R&D and other departments to provide and improve self-service tools and automate whatever can be automated.\nHelp different departments be more productive in their day-to-day and improve overall developer experience.\nLead technical projects from discovery and design through implementation and rollout.\nPartner with engineering teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and improve developer workflows.\nDefine roadmaps and break down large initiatives into actionable plans and deliverables.\nContribute to our internal engineering portal and other developer-facing platforms.\nRequirements:\n At least 5 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory).\nExperience in Docker & container technology.
