You will work closely with Security, DevOps, Engineering, and IT teams to build secure, scalable, highly available infrastructure while driving automation and operational excellence. \nWe are looking for someone who combines strong hands-on technical skills with a systems mindset - someone who can troubleshoot complex issues, automate repetitive work, improve existing architecture, and lead infrastructure initiatives from design through production. \nKey Responsibilities \nManage and improve cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, with exposure to Azure, GCP, and other cloud platforms. \nOwn identity and access management across cloud and SaaS environments, including Entra ID, SSO, IAM, RBAC, and user lifecycle processes. \nAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, VMware, networking, and other core enterprise infrastructure. \nAutomate operational and administrative tasks using Python, PowerShell, APIs, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted tools. \nUse AI effectively for scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and improving IT operational workflows. \nManage enterprise endpoints and device compliance using Kandji and Microsoft Intune. \nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, identity, and connectivity issues and act as an escalation point for the IT team. \nPartner with Security and Engineering teams to improve access controls, infrastructure security, monitoring, and compliance. \nProactively improve reliability, scalability, documentation, and operational processes. \nRequirements \n5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Infrastructure. \nStrong experience with AWS and enterprise cloud environments. \nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, and identity federation. \nStrong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell. \nStrong practical experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, research, documentation, and IT automation, with an understanding of how to validate AI-generated output and use it securely. \nSolid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls. \nStrong hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint management, including both Kandji and Microsoft Intune. \nHands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi. \nExperience with APIs and automation tools; Terraform experience is an advantage. \nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently own complex technical issues. \nSelf-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. \nPersonal Attributes \n- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n- Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. \n- Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. \n- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently under pressure. \nWhy Join Cato Networks? \nBe part of a transformative cloud-native company that’s reshaping secure networking.
