In this role, you will lead a team of skilled System Administrators, ensuring efficient delivery of IT services, robust infrastructure performance, and alignment with security, compliance, and SLA standards. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who thrives on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement-capable of balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategic initiatives. \nResponsibilities: \nLead and mentor System Administrators, managing priorities, workload, and professional development. \nOversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT services across corporate and R&D lab environments. \nManage cloud applications and services, including Microsoft 365, Intune, AWS, Azure, and endpoint security solutions. \nTake end-to-end ownership of incidents and projects, ensuring timely escalation, proactive stakeholder communication, and follow-through to completion. \nIdentify operational gaps, anticipate risks, and independently drive improvements that prevent recurring issues. \nMonitor and optimize network performance, availability, utilization, and Quality of Service (QoS). \nMaintain compliance with corporate security standards and applicable regulatory requirements. \nImprove operational efficiency through scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-assisted IT operations. \nTrack SLA attainment, service availability, resolution times, and backlog health; use these measures to prioritize improvements and strengthen service reliability. \nRequirements: \nAt least five years of System Administration experience, including three years in a managerial or leadership role (must). \nProven expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and administration best practices (must). \nExtensive hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN solutions (must). \nDemonstrated experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (must). \nAbility to automate IT operations using Bash, Python, or PowerShell (must). \nFamiliarity with AI-assisted IT operations, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms (advantage). \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. \nAvailability for on-call duty and urgent response outside regular working hours in case of critical outages (must). \nPersonal Skills: \nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with clear communication and accountability. \nAnalytical and creative problem-solving, with the initiative to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements. \nAbility to manage competing
