Do you love owning the end-to-end design process from UX research to shipped, production-ready UI?\nThe Design team at Cato Networks is looking for an exceptional product designer who's looking to jump on a rocket ship and take a core role in defining and driving the future of our products!\nYou Are:\nA creative individual, a great storyteller, and an expert in your craft.\nPassionate about technology, and how people experience it.\nComfortable with ambiguity, learn easily and adapt quickly.\nAn active listener who asks \"Why\" a lot.\nA self-starter with a builder mindset, willing to expand responsibility and try new tools and workflows.\nTeam collaborator who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.\nA problem solver, able to think holistically and at the same time have sharp eye for details.\nNaturally curious and likes pushing boundaries for what is possible.\nExperienced at balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate and work closely with Developers, PMs, other product designers and upper management.\nDesign hands-on complex UI and flows, while able to explain your design decisions and communicate clearly to build consensus around all aspects of the design direction.\nBuild your designs, and ship real polished UI to production.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and other UX methodologies to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.\nIterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.\nUnderstand the array of technical constraints and business requirements.\nIdentify opportunities and pitch ideas to improve our Design system.\nSkills & Background\n7+ years’ experience as a Product (UX/UI) designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.\nExperience working on complex products and systems.\nComfortable working with AI and building in code.\nProficiency with design and prototyping tools.\nGood sense for visual aesthetics and strong visual and interaction craft, especially in data-dense interfaces.\nBackground in user research and data research.\nPlus -
