You can untangle a complicated situation and reach a good outcome without needing to escalate it first\nAllergic to friction. When you hit an inefficiency you fix it rather than working around it, and you are curious about the tools that let you do that faster\nComfortable in spreadsheets and quick to pick up new tools\nBased in London and able to be in the office. This is not a remote role\nFluent written and spoken English - you will be dealing with customers, garages and enterprise stakeholders every day\nThe right to work in the UK.
