We are also\nresponsible for income to the business from commercial tenants and ensure we\ncomply our own contractual obligations to landlords, as well as holding our\nlandlords and partners to account.\nRequirements\nAs part of this role, you’ll be:\nResponsible for a safe environment, ensuring both PXC and outsuppliers follow guidelines and regulations in accordance with local law and\nproactively resolving issues within the office\n\nOrganising social and company events\nLiaising with tenants, landlords and in house teams on financialmatters.\n\nRaising Purchase orders and processing invoices\nAdministrating property databases, making sure our informationis up to date and spend is tracked\n\nmplementing and improving our security processes to keep ourbuildings secure & comply with required standards.\n\nResponsible for colleague experience in the office, includingparking, office equipment, layout and onboarding\n\nOverseeing performance of suppliers related to the Skopje office\nEssential:\nA passion for workplace and colleagueexperience.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of ateam.\n\nA keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.\nA great relationship builder and able toinfluence safety behaviour across suppliers and employees.\n\nA good understanding of compliancerequirements related to property and health and safety.\n\nDesirable\nExperience in administrative roles,ideally property or health and safety\n\nProvenexperience on continuous process improvement\n\nExperiencein supplier management\n\nOur roles are dynamic, just like our colleagues.This\nisn’t an exhaustive list of duties but covers the key \nexpectations.
