As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be dedicated to ensuring our customers' success by driving seamless project deliveries and exceptional service. Specialising in our Workforce management products, you will work proactively as part of the Professional Services Team, collaborating with departments across the business to ensure our solutions are implemented as effectively as possible.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Delivery\nCollaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nConfigure customers on the CausewayOne platform, working across teams to ensure the best processes are applied and issues are resolved quickly.\n\nTake ownership of customer projects, driving them forward to completion while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience\n\nAssist the 3rd Line Support Team in addressing and resolving issues raised by existing customers.\n\nContribute to proposal development and post-implementation reviews, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.\n\nCustomer Experience\nBuild and nurture positive relationships with customers to build trust and enhance their overall experience.\n\nGather regular feedback to continually improve the service you deliver.\n\nDemonstrate passion and determination to successfully complete projects and exceed expectations.\n\nProvide clear, friendly, and effective communication when addressing customer queries.\n\nConsistently deliver a great customer experience that encourages customer retention and referrals.\n\nYou’ll deliver customer training if required as part of the project delivery or as separately required by customers\n\nKey Skills\nEssential Skills\nStrong experience and knowledge of Workforce Management\n\nPrevious experience building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels\n\nPrevious experience implementing business systems\n\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, including OAuth2/token-based authentication\n\nPrevious experience integrating systems using APIs\n\nKnowledge of JSON and XML data formats\n\nExperience using API testing tools such as Swagger, Postman or curl\n\nExperience with Java and/or jBPM\n\nKnowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server\n\nExperience with Git version control\n\nExperience with Node.js\n\nExperience with Python\n\nPrevious experience with business process analysis, forms and workflows\n\nPrevious experience with document management\n\nPrevious experience with supplier management\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling customer data\n\nA good knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel\n\nPrevious experience writing technical documentation\n\nA relevant degree or equivalent level of education preferred\n\nDesirable Skills\nExperience of working in the construction industry\n\nPrevious experience in a consultancy role delivering customer projects\n\nPrevious experience in business process modelling and/or workflow automation\n\nExperience with Docker and Linux command line\n\nKnowledge of MongoDB\n\nExperience with SOAP Web Services\n\nExperience using Maven\n\nKnowledge of HTML and JavaScript\n\nExperience with Excel Power Query\n\nKnowledge of Kafka\n\nExperience with AWS\n\nExperience using Logz.io or similar monitoring platforms\n\nUnderstanding of SSL certificates, networking and advanced OAuth2 configuration\n\nPrevious experience with data handling\n\nKnowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Power BI\n\nWhat you get from us:\nIf you're looking to build an exceptional career with an award-winning company you’ve come to the right place.
