In this remote role, you will serve as the technical champion for engineering clients in the IoT space.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Technical Integration: Primary technical contact for customers embedding cellular connectivity modules into product designs.\n- Design-In Support: Review schematics, PCB layouts, and software to optimize Qualcomm-based cellular technologies.\n- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex RF, hardware, and firmware issues (LTE, 5G, IoT) using network analyzers and debugging tools.\n- Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.\nPosition Requirements\nEducation & Experience\n- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Engineering, or related field.\n- Industry Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in an FAE or Systems Engineering role supporting cellular communication.\nTechnical Expertise\n- Qualcomm Chipset Mastery: Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Qualcomm chipset connectivity technology (specifically LTE, 5G, and cellular IoT platforms).\n- Cellular Architecture: Deep understanding of cellular module architectures, RF front-ends, SIM/eSIM, and antenna integration.\n- Embedded Software: Experience embedding cellular drivers into host environments (Linux, Android, RTOS), AT commands, and debugging network attachment issues.\nSoft Skills\n-
