end-to-end order lifecycle, including order processing, validation, execution, and delivery tracking\nOwn sample and EVK (Evaluation Kit) management, including allocation, tracking, and dispatch for internal teams and customers\nAct as the primary interface for the sales team for all sample/EVK requirements, ensuring quick turnaround and clear communication\nOversee end-to-end order management, from order processing to delivery, ensuring timelines and accuracy\nCollaborate with SCM, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch\nMonitor order pipelines, prioritize critical orders, and proactively address delays or bottlenecks\nMonitor inbound and outbound logistics, shipment tracking, and documentation\nMaintain accurate order records, MIS reports, and ERP updates for visibility and reporting\nIdentify process gaps and drive improvements in order management efficiency and turnaround time\nSupport sales with data insights on order trends, delays,
