This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cellular IoT products in a fast-growing technology environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop hardware circuits for wireless communication systems including amplifiers, filters, oscillators, transceivers, and high-speed digital interfaces.\nLead high-speed design activities including signal integrity considerations, impedance matching, controlled impedance routing, and high-speed layout reviews.\nWork extensively on Qualcomm-based platforms for cellular IoT modules and embedded systems.\nContribute to the design and development of System on Module (SOM) solutions.\nDevelop schematic designs using industry-standard EDA tools (Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro).\nCollaborate with PCB layout engineers, firmware teams, system architects, and manufacturing teams for seamless hardware integration.\nPerform schematic reviews, design verification, validation testing, and debugging.\nConduct simulation and analysis using tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or equivalent.\nCreate and maintain accurate component libraries including symbols and footprints.\nTroubleshoot hardware issues and optimize performance to meet design and compliance requirements.\nEnsure timely completion of design milestones in fast-paced, time-critical projects.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n5-10 years of hands-on experience in hardware design.\nStrong expertise in High-Speed Design (signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, high-speed routing).\nProven experience working with Qualcomm chipsets/platforms.\nExperience in System on Module (SOM) development.\nProficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.\nHands-on experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, etc.).\nExperience with hardware simulation and validation tools.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in Cellular IoT / Wireless Communication domain is highly preferred.\nExcellent communication and collaboration
