You will develop systems that bridge PM strategies with firm-wide technology platforms, with a strong emphasis on code quality and maintainability.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and maintain infrastructure to support quantitative trading strategies.\nDevelop ETL pipelines for market data and alternative data sources.\nIntegrate PM-specific tools with firm-wide systems and databases.\nCollaborate with Portfolio Managers to translate trading requirements into technical solutions.\nEnsure data quality, system reliability, and performance optimization.\nChampion software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.\nRefactor and improve existing codebases to meet production standards.\nExperience:\nStrong programming skills in Python. Exposure to other languages (C#/Rust) is a plus.\n12+ years of relevant experience and degree in quantitative field.
