Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien!\nThe Mission\nCaylent is seeking a Contracts Administrator who is experienced working cross-functionally with other teams to grow a thriving AWS-based cloud and AI consulting services business. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and own the day-to-day execution of contract work independently. Reporting to the Director of HR (North America) & Legal Operations, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Legal Department with the following:\nYour Assignment\nOwn contract intake and execution: draft from approved templates, route for review and signature, and track to completion (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and amendments).\nComplete first-pass reviews against playbooks and escalate risks and non-standard terms internally.\nMaintain contract records, key dates, and obligations in our systems, and keep the repository accurate and current.\nSupport data privacy and compliance work, including DPAs and customer and vendor privacy and security questionnaires.\nUse AI tools to speed up review, summarization, and drafting, with sound judgement on confidentiality.\nMeet turnaround targets and manage competing priorities from Sales, Finance, and Delivery.\nPrepare trackers and status updates, and suggest process improvements.\nYour Qualifications\n4+ years of relevant experience in contracts, legal operations, or a similar role, ideally at a high-growth technology company, or 3+ years with strong data privacy and AI experience.\nHands-on experience administering and supporting review of commercial, licensing, and other technology-related agreements, with emphasis on MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs.\nProactive, dynamic and result driven individual with strong attention to detail.\nOutstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to interface effectively with all business functions throughout the organization.\nEnthusiasm and \"self-starter\" qualities enabling them to manage responsibilities with an appropriate sense of urgency; the ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.\nStrong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage internal customer priorities and needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBA, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred.\nExperience with data privacy and compliance requirements (for example PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).\nHands-on use of AI tools in daily work, such as for contract review, summarization, or drafting.\nBenefits\n100% remote work\nMedical Insurance for you and eligible dependents\nGenerous holidays and flexible PTO\nCompetitive phantom equity\nPaid for exams and certifications\nPeer bonus awards\nState of the art laptop and tools\nEquipment & Office Stipend\nIndividual professional development plan\nAnnual stipend for Learning and Development\nWork with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture\n NOTE: This position requires current legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located.
