Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien!\nThe Mission\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Certinia System Administrator to support the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our internal Salesforce and Certinia environments. \nYour Assignment\nThis role will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, stability, and alignment of our CRM, PSA and ERP systems with business objectives. You will serve as a key support administrator for both platforms and collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions that enhance productivity, data integrity, and business performance. \nKey Responsibilities:\nUser Management: Create and manage user records, permissions, and access levels \nProficiency in tailoring Salesforce and Certinia for Sales and Service Delivery teams, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation tailored to end to end Professional Services processes.\nData Maintenance: Experience with platform data maintenance including, data queries and updates\nUpgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with Salesforce and Certinia major release updates, test features, and perform necessary system upgrades and maintenance.\nTraining and Support: Provide guidance to relevant Business teams on Salesforce and Certinia new major release features and functionality\nDocumentation: Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices for platform usage.\nVendor Relations: Communicate with Salesforce and Certinia to report issues, request support, and stay informed about new features and updates.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes and utilization of the Salesforce/Certinia platform to enhance the organization's operations.\nEvaluate and implement AppExchange and Certinia packages that support business functions\nProblem-Solving and Communication:\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.\nStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions for users of Salesforce and Certinia PSA.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Certinia, including PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules, as well as Analytics Studio and Financial Report Builder.\nExperience integrating Salesforce and Certinia processes with Slack is a plus\nSalesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder\nExperience with configuration and testing of new PSA and Salesforce functionality\nAbility to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including Service Delivery, Sales, Finance, IT and Operations\nComfort dealing with ambiguity and excitement around building something new\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field \nExperienced in using Google Sheets, slides, and Docs and leveraging these tools for reporting and executive communications\nExperience using AI tools to optimize internal processes\nExperience working in a Consulting or Professional Services organization\nRequired Attributes:\nTeam-first mindset with a collaborative approach to working across existing teams; able to build trust and alignment quickly.\nStrong business acumen and communication skills to interface with executive stakeholders.\nAbility to influence decision-making and promote adoption of scalable solutions.\nSelf-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.\nPassion for continuous learning and keeping up with evolving Salesforce and Certinia ecosystems.\nBenefits\nPay in USD\n100% remote work\nGenerous holidays and flexible PTO\nCompetitive phantom equity\nPaid for exams and certifications\nPeer bonus awards\nState of the art laptop and tools\nEquipment & Office Stipend\nIndividual professional development plan\nAnnual stipend for Learning and Development\nWork with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture\n NOTE: This position requires current legal authorization to work in the country where this position is located.
