This individual will work on creating and executing performance test scripts for APIs, mainframe systems, and web-based applications, while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to optimize system performance.\nThis position aligns with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop robust performance test scripts for a variety of platforms, including APIs, mainframe systems, and web applications.\nConduct load, stress, and endurance tests to assess system behavior under varying operational conditions.\nMonitor system resources (e.g., CPU, memory, network) during performance tests to identify weaknesses or bottlenecks.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure non-functional requirements are captured and translated into measurable test scenarios.\nAnalyze performance test results, extract meaningful insights, and create comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.\nWork with development and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing processes into CI/CD pipelines, automating testing efforts for continuous quality assurance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications - Here’s What You Need\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nA minimum of 5 years performing performance testing for large-scale enterprise systems.\nAt least 3 years of experience:Developing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and reporting findings.\nUtilizing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent software for performance testing.\nWorking with API and system performance validation.\nTranslating non-functional requirements into corresponding performance test scenarios.\nWriting and utilizing SQL queries to validate test data.\nUtilizing test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).\n\nMust be able to pass a background check.
