This role is pivotal in integrating Azure architectural principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, DevOps automation, and security enhancements to modernize operations and achieve compliance standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate across development and operations teams to continuously optimize infrastructure, strengthen security, and bolster key migration efforts.\nThis position aligns with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.\nIntegrate unauthorized Azure resources into source control and refactor existing IaC repositories, with a focus on PowerShell scripts and advanced automation techniques.\nAutomate deployments, operational workflows, and environment infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., ARM, Terraform, Ansible) and scripting to streamline processes.\nAnalyze Azure scan findings and address critical and high-priority issues to meet compliance and security standards, ensuring governance best practices are adhered to.\nMonitor cloud environments regularly, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement strategies to optimize performance and costs.\nActively work with development, operations, and security teams, providing expert guidance on Azure resource optimization, best practices, and governance.\nConfigure and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integrations and deployments across development and production environments.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications - Here’s What You Need:\n Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum of 8 years of expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused roles.\nProven hands-on proficiency with key Microsoft Azure services, including automation, IaC tools (PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform or Ansible experience preferred).\nExtensive expertise in cloud security remediation, compliance frameworks, and governance.\nAdvanced scripting capabilities for automation and debugging.\nPractical experience configuring and troubleshooting modern CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOutstanding communication and collaboration abilities across teams and stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with dynamic environments, including Agile/Scrum workflows.\nPossess or be willing to obtain Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Architect, Azure Administrator, or Azure DevOps Engineer.\nActive Top Secret Security Clearance.\nMust be able to pass a background check.
