This role will focus on maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems while driving modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nInfrastructure & Cloud Administration\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.\nManage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and security services.\nMonitor cloud resources and optimize performance, availability, and cost efficiency.\nSupport cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\nEndpoint Management\nAdminister and support Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager environments.\nConfigure and deploy device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.\nManage Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management.\nEnsure endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance standards.\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nManage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.\nSupport identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nImplement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security principles.\nTroubleshoot user access, collaboration, and productivity platform issues.\nSystems Administration\nAdminister Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.\nMaintain server infrastructure, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.\nPerform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement and maintain Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and security best practices.\nMonitor and remediate vulnerabilities across servers, endpoints, and cloud resources.\nAssist with audits, compliance initiatives, and security assessments.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation and operational procedures.\nSupport & Collaboration\nProvide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.\nPartner with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver technology solutions.\nParticipate in on-call support and incident response activities as required.\nMentor junior IT staff and provide technical leadership on projects.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and services.\nExperience administering Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.\nExpertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.\nExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.\nKnowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and identity management.\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications such as: \nAzure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)\nMicrosoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)\nMicrosoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)\nExperience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and security tools.\nExperience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.\nExperience supporting hybrid cloud environments.\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft
