Responsibilities\nUser Experience Design\nDesign intuitive user experiences for workflow orchestration and process automation solutions.\nCreate user-centered designs based on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user feedback.\nSimplify complex workflows and enterprise processes into intuitive digital experiences.\nDefine information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.\nEnsure consistency across all Regrello-based solutions and applications.\nUser Research\nConduct stakeholder interviews and user discovery sessions.\nPerform usability testing and gather user feedback.\nDevelop personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses.\nIdentify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.\nTranslate research findings into actionable design recommendations.\nUI Design\nCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nDesign dashboards, forms, task management interfaces, workflow visualizations, and reporting
