It’s an exciting time to become a key member of our growing team.\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Regional Director, APAC to serve as the senior commercial leader in-region for our SaaS business. This individual owns the entire APAC customer lifecycle - including market development, new business acquisition, channel partnerships, customer success, renewals, and expansion.\nYou will operate as the company’s commercial leader across APAC, driving growth, nurturing strategic customer relationships, exploring partnerships, and ensuring long-term value for our regional customers. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a high-growth SaaS environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nRegional Leadership\nAct as the company’s senior representative across the APAC region.\nDevelop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with global priorities.\nIdentify regional trends, risks, and opportunities to inform product, marketing, and commercial strategy.\nBusiness Development & New Customer Acquisition\nDrive new SaaS customer acquisition across key APAC markets.\nOwn the entire sales cycle as an individual contributor: prospecting, discovery, demos, value engineering, negotiation, and close.\nBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline using SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, conversion rates, cycle time).\nEngage directly with enterprise and strategic customers to drive high-value opportunities.\nOwnership of Customer Success\nOwn customer success outcomes for all APAC customers as an individual contributor.\nEnsure smooth onboarding, high adoption, and rapid time-to-value.\nServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle.\nMonitor customer health and proactively manage churn risks.\nDrive renewals and expansion opportunities to increase net revenue retention (NRR).\nDeliver customer QBRs, training sessions, and strategic account reviews as needed.\nPartnership & Ecosystem Development\nBuild relationships with key channel partners, associations, and industry stakeholders.\nSupport partner-led opportunities and regional co-marketing efforts.\nIdentify and collaborate with channel or referral partners to support regional growth.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nProvide customer and regional insights to Product for roadmap planning and localization needs.\nWork with Marketing to tailor messaging, events, and campaigns for APAC markets.\nCollaborate with Professional Services, Support and Engineering to resolve customer challenges quickly.\nShare feedback with RevOps to improve processes, pricing, and customer lifecycle management.\nRegional Advocacy & Market Presence\nRepresent the company at APAC conferences, industry forums, and customer events.\nBuild brand awareness and thought leadership in the region.\nEstablish credibility with executives and technical stakeholders across diverse markets.\nQualifications\n10-12+ years of SaaS experience across Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.\nProven ability to operate independently and own both acquisition and retention in a regional role.\nStrong track record closing enterprise SaaS deals and managing complex customers.\nDeep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle management, and subscription economics.\nExperience working across multiple APAC markets with strong cultural awareness.\nExceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to travel regularly across the region.\nManagement experience required\nPreferred: Experience in the higher education technology space\nThis job is not open for any third party agencies.
