- Plan maintenance and renovation works for the Bank’s buildings and facilities and provide proposals regarding the related budget allocations - Prepare technical specifications for design and cost-estimation documentation, expert examinations, as well as technical and author supervision services related to maintenance and renovation projects - Prepare the technical documentation required for maintenance and renovation works, including defect reports, bills of quantities, and cost estimates - Participate in the technical evaluation of procurement processes - Supervise the implementation of maintenance and renovation works, verify compliance with contractual requirements, accept completed works, and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables - Cooperate with construction contractors, technical supervisors, and author supervision representatives, discuss issues arising during project implementation, and propose appropriate solutions - Monitor legal acts regulating the construction sector, stay up to date with developments in construction and engineering, and recommend the adoption of relevant best practices - Develop and improve internal regulations and other documents related to the unit’s activities, and perform other duties arising from the position
Required Qualifications- Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related technical field - At least 3 years of professional experience in construction, building maintenance, or a related field - Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards - Good understanding of construction management principles and practices - Knowledge of construction technologies and architectural engineering - General knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and other legal acts governing the construction sector in the Republic of Armenia - Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, cost estimates, and design and estimate documentation - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Excellent command of Armenian and good command of Russian
