Plan maintenance and renovation works for the Bank’s buildings and facilities and provide proposals regarding the related budget allocations\r\n- Prepare technical specifications for design and required for maintenance and renovation works, including defect reports, bills of quantities, and cost estimates\r\n- Participate in the technical evaluation of procurement processes\r\n- Supervise the implementation of maintenance and renovation works, verify compliance with contractual requirements, accept completed works, and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables\r\n- Cooperate with construction contractors, technical supervisors, and author supervision representatives, discuss issues arising during project implementation, and propose appropriate solutions\r\n- Monitor legal acts regulating the construction sector, stay up to date with developments in construction and engineering, and recommend the adoption of relevant best practices\r\n- Develop and improve internal regulations and other documents related to the unit’s activities, and perform other duties arising from the position\n\nRequired Qualifications- Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related technical field\r\n- At least 3 years of professional experience in construction, building maintenance, or a related field\r\n- Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards\r\n- Good understanding of construction management principles and practices\r\n- Knowledge of construction technologies and architectural engineering\r\n- General knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and other legal acts governing the construction sector in the Republic of Armenia\r\n- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, cost estimates, and design and estimate documentation\r\n- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\r\n- Excellent command of Armenian and good command of Russian\n\nApplication ProceduresApply here
