Just as important to us is your ability to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people - your colleagues and our customers - and delivering service that really goes the extra mile.\nJob Purpose\nManage sourcing exercises for assigned categories, including market analysis, tender documentation, supplier evaluation and commercial recommendations.\nLead negotiations within delegated authority, working with Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to secure competitive terms, clear service levels and appropriate contractual protection.\nOversee supplier onboarding and due diligence, ensuring complete documentation, appropriate approvals and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor supplier performance, spend, contractual commitments and key risks;
