This role will partner with infrastructure and architectural leads to ensure that the application meets company service level standards and roadmap requirements. The Software Developer III will provide support on existing application for CBE internal and external clients. This role will assist with maintaining IT department’s number one goal of all systems up and running.\nThe Software Developer III is a US based remote role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage projects for new systems or upgrades to existing systems. Both in-house systems as well as vendor chosen solutions.\nEvaluate the effectiveness of existing internal processes and applications and propose solutions and opportunities for automation and audit controls.\nFix issues that arise in production quickly and efficiently while still adhering to coding and security standards.\nProvide and maintain technical documentation for new system processes or enhancements.\nProficient in SQL Server database development across all layers including schema design, T-SQL query writing, and database object development.\nProvide regular project and time accounting.\nUnderstand, adhere to and implement coding and security standards.\nPerform after hours and weekend on-call support including troubleshooting and problem resolution (scheduled on a rotating basis).\nThe Company reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position as appropriate.\nMust be able to perform the essential job duties of the position. US Citizenship is required by the US government in order to obtain government clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry standard certifications is a plus.\n7+ years of developer experience with .NET frameworks, SQL, ASP.NET development, MVC development, developing web APIs, and writing T-SQL (stored procedures and queries).\nExperience with object-oriented programming and relational database technologies.\nAnalyze end-user needs and design, code, test software to satisfy demands.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.\nAbility to communicate clearly with all business stakeholders.\nThe starting salary for this position is $115,000/year.
