Join CBEM as our Facilities & Corporate Lease Manager, where you’ll take ownership of our multi-site lease portfolio, spearhead inspiring office expansion projects, and ensure our teams have safe, efficient, and high-performing environments every single day.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage daily office operations across our locations and handle facility requests through our ticketing system.\n\nWork closely with landlords and commercial brokers on lease agreements, property searches, and renewals.\n\nSource, evaluate, and manage facilities vendors and contractors to make sure work is done well and on budget.\n\nPlan and run office setups, renovations, moves, and site closures, traveling to offices as needed.\n\nMaintain workplace safety guidelines, handle physical security and access systems, and conduct routine safety audits.\n\nManage preventive maintenance for building systems and ensure quick response to facility emergencies.\n\nDevelop and improve facilities processes, policies, systems, and tools while working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, field leadership, and other teams to keep workplace operations running smoothly.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, corporate real estate, or operations.\n\nBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
