We are what you’re looking for.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a Lead - Logistics Analytics to support the performance of CBH's logistics supply chain through financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and commercial insights. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Logistics and Finance, you will deliver the analysis, performance measures and recommendations that support informed operational and strategic decision-making.\nIn this fixed-term role through to April 2027, you will play a key role in optimising supply chain performance by improving reporting and analytical processes, identifying efficiency opportunities and leading supply chain optimisation initiatives. You will use data-driven insights to influence business decisions, support future planning and help drive continuous improvement across one of Australia's largest and most complex grain supply chains.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead and continuously improve Logistics KPIs, dashboards, forecasting and performance reporting.\nAnalyse rail, road and supply chain performance to identify trends, constraints and opportunities for improvement.\nLead supply chain optimisation initiatives, including business case development, implementation support and benefits tracking.\nDeliver commercial and financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, contract evaluation and operational decision-making.\nPartner with stakeholders across Operations, Logistics and Finance to provide clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations.\nAbout You:\nTertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, finance, commerce, information technology or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience within logistics, supply chain, transport, planning, operations or another complex commercial environment.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case development.\nAdvanced analytical capability and highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills, with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive data-informed outcomes.\nDesirable\nExperience using Power BI\nExperience with SAP\nWhy work with CBH?\nWork with meaning and being part of something bigger\nPlay a critical role in moving WA’s grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
