Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
- Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly.
- Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
