This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the medical department by providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you'll do\nProvide administrative and clerical support to the Health Services Administrator.\nPrepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations related to medical operations.\nMaintain departmental calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination.\nAssist with the development, maintenance, and distribution of policies and procedures.\nTrack, organize, and maintain compliance documentation for audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.\nMaintain inventory records and assist with ordering medical supplies as needed.\nSupport onboarding and administrative processes for healthcare staff.\nMaintain confidential records and ensure accurate documentation.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience required.\nMedical office or healthcare administrative experience preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.\nAbility to
