CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.\nJob Summary\nThe Peer Support Specialists (PSS) assigned to PCMH/OTP Community-Based Services will perform only the duties of a Peer Support Specialist addresses one-on-one support needs and provides support for day-to-day problem-solving related to normalization and reintegration into the community. The Peer Support Specialist utilizes best practices of assertive engagement, harm reduction and peer support when working to engage with members in the community and the facility.
