service goals established by department\nAdditional responsibilities as assigned\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nFamiliarity with FT William software used for 5500 and compliance\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED \nAt least three years of professional, retirement plan administration, and compliance experience\nPossesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and procedures\nPossesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards\nProficient use of applicable technology\nProficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)\nExperience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills\nPursuing Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(K) Administrator (QKA) \nAbility to anticipate and elicit customer needs\nAbility to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly \nMotivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills\nComfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization\nAbility to travel as
