payment issues, and vendor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate processing.\nReview and process employee expense reimbursements and corporate card transactions in compliance with company travel and expense policies.\nPrepare and process vendor payments, including ACH, check, and wire disbursements, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment deadlines.\nReconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records, identifying and resolving outstanding or disputed items.\nMonitor invoice aging and open payables to support timely payment processing and vendor account management.\nPrepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc accounts payable reports for management, Treasury, vendors, and business units.\nRespond to inquiries from vendors, employees, and internal business partners regarding invoice status, payment timing, expense reimbursements, and account discrepancies.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing requested documentation, reports, and transaction support.\nAssist with accounts payable process improvements, system testing, and special projects.\nPerform administrative and departmental duties as assigned in support of the Accounts Payable function.\n Minimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field\n\nTwo years of functional accounting experience\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, Word\n\nProven communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nThe desire to be a committed team member to assist in other areas of the company's
